Quitting corporate job in MNC in current global scenario is not a matured decision. Good or bad is always there in every section of working life. It largely depends on your willingness n passion. Look within n decide to opt a carrier whether you feel contended n will be able to withstand comfortably. lt is not advisable to quit n go for ssc officer in army where you find lot of restrictions, terms n conditions imposed on you. A dream, sky is the limit, becoming true will shift far from truth. This can be only in mnc. Covid is temporary n it will vanish soon. If you are stuck in army, you will be loosing plenty of your valuable time in young age which can be otherwise utilised to the level best. You don’t need to quit job for that. If you wanna devote full time in preparation, you can take leave of absence to prepare and qualify as a SSC officer and then quit the MNC job. If your MNC is allowing work from home in this pandemic situation, probably that’s like a good opportunity for you to prepare for SSC without even taking leave. I would not suggest you to quit the job until you have another option in your hand. It’s not advisable in this situation.
Not necessarily, it totally depend your decision about what kind of life you wants to live in future.Both has there own merit and demerits, so I would say introspect and decide accordingly.
COVID is going to be there only for next one year max, but once in army you will be struck for minimum six years, so if you don't like army don't consider this option.
