Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration administered in Orange County, California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

15. Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-law principles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Orange County, California.

Any claim or cause of action must be filed within one (6) months of the date it arises or shall be barred permanently.

16. Force Majeure
Dataneb shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, power outages, pandemics, labor shortages, cyberattacks, government actions, or internet outages.

17. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any term shall not be deemed a waiver.

18. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update, revise, or change these Terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.

19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimers, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dataneb and supersede all prior communications, agreements, or understandings.

20. Contact and Legal Notice
Dataneb does not maintain a public support team. For legal notices only, you must send formal communications through a licensed attorney to our registered agent in California.
Users are explicitly prohibited from:

Attempting to contact the owner or contributors for legal threats

Sending unsolicited messages regarding content accuracy or responsibility

Demanding edits, removal, or changes to content without legal authority
